My Little Sidekick is run by Oasis Outlook LLC ("we"). This page explains, in plain English, what the service collects and how it is used. Questions: dominicb@outlookoasis.com.
Not for emergencies. My Little Sidekick is an AI wellness companion. It is not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or crisis support. If you or someone else may be in danger, call your local emergency number now. In the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, password (stored by our sign-in provider, not readable by us), and the name you ask to be called.
- Preferences: your chosen room (background) and membership status.
- Goals: dream goals, their steps, and the days you check them off.
- Daily stats: anything you log, such as mood, workout minutes, sleep hours, rest minutes, mind time and cups of water.
- Payments: plan, subscription status, billing period dates and purchase records. Card details are entered in our payment processor's secure checkout; we do not see or store your full card number.
What stays on your device
Chat history, memory notes your sidekick keeps about you, and your daily question answers are stored in your browser's local storage on the device you use. They are not saved to your account, so they do not follow you to another device, and clearing your browser data removes them. A plan you pick on our front page is also remembered on your device until checkout.
AI chat and goal plans
When you chat, your recent messages, the notes your sidekick remembers, your room, and a summary of your goals are sent from your browser through our servers to an AI model provider (accessed via the Lovable AI gateway, currently using Google Gemini models) to generate a reply. When you ask for a goal plan, the dream you type is sent the same way (currently an OpenAI model). Do not share information you would not want processed by these providers.
Who processes your data
- Lovable Cloud: hosting, sign-in and the database that holds your account, goals and stats.
- Stripe: payments, subscriptions and the billing portal.
- AI model providers (above): generating chat replies and goal plans.
- Google Fonts: the page loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on the site.
How we use it
To run your account, show your goals and stats, generate chat replies and plans, grant access for your plan, and answer support requests.
Your controls
- Delete individual goals, and undo daily check-ins, from your profile.
- Forget single memory notes, or erase everything stored on your device, in Settings.
- Manage or cancel a monthly plan from your profile's billing button.
- To delete your account and the data saved to it, or to request a copy, email us. There is no self-serve account deletion button yet.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. We have not set fixed retention periods; contact us to request deletion. Payment records may be kept by Stripe as required by law.

We will update this page and its date when our practices change.
